Bella & Becca

I was given an amazing opportunity by a fellow photographer friend, to take part in a styled shoot. The shoot took place in the most beautiful spot in The Peak District. We had the gorgeous model (& real!) couple Bella & Becca, boho dresses, campervans, running through the woods & vows on the cliff edge at sunset.

Lorna & Jamie

I've been so lucky that some other fellow photographers (& friends!) have given me the chance to second shoot with them. This basically means I get to go along to weddings, have all the fun & take lots of pictures BUT I have none of the editing afterwards. This was one of those occasions! Lorna & Jamie got married at the stunning Hidden River Barn in The Lake District. Every detail had been thought of...it was a gorgeous ceremony followed by a proper party!

Marcus & Ellie

Something a little different for me....a city elopement in York. Wow, this was so much fun and the weather was gorgeous. I loved it all but my favourite bit was how many people congratulated the 'newly wed couple'...there was 10 photographers there, how many photographers do they think people have at weddings these days!! The cobbled streets, pressing the pedestrian crossing a million times & of course, the gorgeous York Minster!

Annie & Gracie

A styled shoot held at the beautiful Bunny Hill Wedding Venue, York. This shoot promised lots of bright colour (which I felt I was lacking in my portfolio) and it absolutely did not disappoint. The gorgeous Annie & Gracie were expert models, there were disco balls, neon colours, smoke bombs, amazing confetti and THE BEST cakes. There was also a zip slide but we didn't quite have a willing volunteer in the winter weather.

Victoria & Jordan

Victoria & Jordan had an amazing & slightly 'untraditional' wedding... It started with a very small, intimate ceremony followed by a pub lunch. They then moved on to a local hotel where more guests joined them for dinner before the party started. I just popped along to take some family shots & of course, couple shots of the new Mr & Mrs. I had so much fun getting to know these guys...hearing about their travel adventures, that time they 'won the lottery', & how they had really planned their day, their way! Possibly one of the happiest couples I've met to date!
